At Warm Hug Prints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are personalized and custom-made to order, please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. 30-Day Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 30-day return and replacement policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or a replacement if there is a problem with your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Since every item is personalized and custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or refunds if you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/style.Ā
However, we will gladly send a FREE replacement or issue a FULL refund if the item arrives and meets any of the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or broken during transit.
- The customization details (names, styles, photos) do not match what you submitted.
- The print quality is blurry, peeled, or incorrect.
- You received the wrong item or wrong size compared to your invoice.
If your order has any of the issues above, please contact us immediately at support@warmhugprints.com with clear photos of the item and your order number. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.
3. Return Process & Address (For non-custom items if applicable)
For any return requests accepted by our team, please contact support@warmhugprints.com to receive the detailed return instructions and our warehouse address located at: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees
- If the return/replacement is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), you will NOT have to pay any shipping fees or restocking fees. We will cover 100% of the cost to send you a new item.
- For other eligible returns, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We charge a $0.00 restocking fee.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once weāve received and inspected your return request. If approved, youāll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
