Shipping & Delivery
All our products are made as ordered and printed on demand just for you, so they will be put through a production process, therefore there will be a Handling Time on them.
We process orders on business days which are Monday through Saturday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Processing Time: 2 – 5 business days (Monday to Saturday). Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (EST).
Domestic Shipping on USA:
Standard Shipping : Usually arrives in 7 – 10 business days.
We work with trusted shipping carriers such as USPS, DHL, EMS, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services, depending on your destination country and shipping method.

This is the time it takes to produce your unique item from Warmhugprints. “Business days” are considered to be Monday through Saturday, not including holidays or scheduled service interruptions. Please check with your local postal service for all other regional restrictions and observed holidays that may delay receipt of your shipment.
Your order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments. Depending upon the type, quantity and weight of item(s) in your order, we may pack and ship them in multiple packages. You will not be charged for multiple packages and shipments other than the amount that appears at checkout.
Incorrect Address
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:
- If there is incorrect or missing information which we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
- We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender (as all of the items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse)
- If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
Fast Shipping?
At this time we don’t offer an expedited service. We work as fast as we can to get all orders out as soon as possible, but can’t guarantee your items will arrive by a certain day because all of our products are freshly made to order.
When will my order be shipped?
Once you have placed your order, your information will undergo a verification process. This is for us to make sure that we have valid and complete shipping information. If not, we will be sending an email to ask for more information so we can update the information that we have on file. Please be kind enough to respond to the email that we are sending, we may be unable to process your order and may contact you regarding cancellation. We cannot guarantee the arrival of your order if the shipping information is incomplete. The production process takes 2-5 days and then, we will be sending an email notice with your tracking number on it.
Can I have a tracking number?
Yes, we will send you a tracking number via Email. In some cases, it can take up to 5 days. You can later track your Order by clicking on “Track Order” in the Footer Menu.
If you didn’t receive an Email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Charge back, in some cases, Emails don’t get send automatically.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
Verification?
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified (With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order.)
You can take a look at our Track Order page to see what your shipping status is. If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.
